This year for Lent, instead of giving up something I love, I’m going to add something good into my life. Normally I give up dark colored pop, but I have already pretty much cut pop out of my diet as of the first of the year. And I could never give up chocolate the way some people do, you all are a lot stronger than me! So this year I plan on adding exercise to my life for at least the 40 days of Lent. I’ve needed to lose a little bit of weight for a few months now, and I just can’t find a reason to do it, but now I have one. My best friend is supposed to be joining me and were also considering trying to find a church that we can take her daughter to. We need some place with a younger congregation that is cool and laid back with evening services lol, maybe we will just start a bible study group at her house where we can wear yoga pants, sounds like a plan to me.
